Shipping

Simply Ingredients is proud to use UPS, USPS and on occasion FedEx SmartPost (which has final delivery by USPS) for its shipments. Shipping fees are calculated based on the published rates through our shipping calculator at checkout, except when Simply Ingredients offers flat rate shipping deals. When ordering online, the shipping amount displayed during checkout is the estimated charge generated by third-party systems. Shipping rates are subject to change and are beyond our control.

Orders placed online are generally processed within 24-48 hours and are shipped Monday - Friday. Please note that orders received after 2:00 PM Pacific Time will not begin processing until the following day. Please note our processing time if requesting to ship Overnight and 2-Day.

We do not ship Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.) or use third party shipping numbers for retail orders, with the exception of bulk orders arranged through bulk@simply-ingredients.com with pre-payment.

Simply Ingredients is not responsible for shipping speed and delivery commitments from third party shipment providers. We cannot guarantee that the shipper will deliver your package on time, and we cannot be held responsible for any theft or damage that occurs if the carrier delivers your package when you are not home. If the third-party shipment provider returns the shipment to Simply Ingredients, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order, excluding any shipping charges. The recipient is responsible for any additional fees applied by the third party shipment provider for rerouting or changing the delivery address of any package.

Simply Ingredients currently ships within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, as well as Canada. We do not ship internationally on our website, although we do ship internationally through our Etsy Store.

*We offer free shipping on orders over $60 from time to time. This only applies to orders shipping within the United States. We use First Class Mail or Priority Mail for these shipments.

Returns

We apologize that we do not accept returns on ingredients due to the quality control standards required for ingredients used to make personal care or household products.

However, if you have received the wrong item, we will gladly send you the correct item. If the item has been damaged in transit, we will send a return shipping label for the damaged item and replace it.

Please carefully inspect your shipment and notify Simply Ingredients within 72 hours of receipt of package to report any issues.

To be eligible for a return on hard goods, such as packaging or supplies, contact us within 72 hours of receipt of shipment. Your item must be returned in the same condition as you received it - unopened and unused.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
